Shipping

Domestic US shipping is an estimated 3-5 days. Processing time is 2-3 days.

Returns/Cancellations

To cancel an order prior to shipping, email feathersandpoe@gmail.com. No refunds or returns on customized products. It is the customer's responsibility to pay shipping on returns.

Undelivered Packages

Lost packages must be filed as a claim with USPS. At times, especially during holidays, USPS packages are scanned as delivered and are delivered a few days later.

Your shipping address being correct is your responsibility. If the package is returned, you may pay a shipping fee to have it shipped to the correct address. Or you may receive a refund, minus original the shipping fee.
